| Drinking Water Treatment Plant Heemskerk, in the province North Holland of the Netherlands, is one of the largest dual membrane facilities in the world, capable of treating 18 million m3 per year of pretreated surface water. It consists of two high performance membrane filtration steps, UF followed by RO.
